Auf Grund des § 9 Abs. 9 Oö. Sozialhilfegesetz 1998, LGBl. Nr. 82/1998, in der Fassung des Landesgesetzes LGBl. Nr. 90/2013, wird

verordnet:

Artikel I

Die Oö. Sozialhilfeverordnung 1998, LGBl. Nr. 118/1998, in der Fassung der Verordnung LGBl. Nr. 96/2013, wird wie folgt geändert:

Artikel II

Diese Verordnung tritt mit 1. Jänner 2015 in Kraft. Die dadurch außer Kraft getretenen Bestimmungen sind jedoch weiterhin auf Sachverhalte anzuwenden, die sich vor dem 1. Jänner 2015 ereignet haben.
