> Auf Grund des § 9 Abs. 9 Oö. Sozialhilfegesetz 1998, LGBl. Nr. 82/1998, in der Fassung des Landesgesetzes LGBl. Nr. 90/2013, wird verordnet:

## Artikel I {#art_artikel_i}

> Die Oö. Sozialhilfeverordnung 1998, LGBl. Nr. 118/1998, in der Fassung der Verordnung LGBl. Nr. 88/2016, wird wie folgt geändert:

1. Im § 4 Abs. 1 Z 5 entfällt die Wortfolge „, der Zuschuss zum Kinderbetreuungsgeld“.

2. Im § 6a Abs. 3 wird die Tabelle wie folgt geändert:

## Artikel II {#art_artikel_ii}

Diese Verordnung tritt mit dem ihrer Kundmachung im Landesgesetzblatt für Oberösterreich folgenden Monatsersten in Kraft. Die dadurch außer Kraft getretenen Bestimmungen sind jedoch weiterhin auf Sachverhalte anzuwenden, die sich vor dem Inkrafttreten dieser Verordnung ereignet haben.
