# StPBG-Tagsatz-Verordnung – StPBG-TSVO Verordnung der Steiermärkischen Landesregierung vom 12. Dezember 2024, mit der die verrechenbaren Tagsätze für Pflegewohnheime festgelegt werden (StPBG-Tagsatz-Verordnung – StPBG-TSVO) Stammfassung: LGBl. Nr. 90/2024, wird verordnet: Im RIS seit 30.12.2024 ## § 1 Im RIS seit {#par_1} (1) Für nach dem Steiermärkischen Pflege- und Betreuungsgesetz (StPBG) anerkannte Pflegewohnheime werden gestaffelt nach Nettoraumflächen (NRF) pro Bett und pro bewilligtem Bett folgende Tagsatz-Kategorien festgelegt: Tagsatz-Kategorie 1 unter 46m² NRF/Bett Tagsatz-Kategorie 2 46 bis unter 47m² NRF/Bett Tagsatz-Kategorie 3 47 bis unter 48m² NRF/Bett Tagsatz-Kategorie 4 48 bis unter 49m² NRF/Bett Tagsatz-Kategorie 5 ab 49m² NRF/Bett (2) Mit dem Tagsatz werden die Grundleistungen, das sind insbesondere Kosten für Personal (ausgenommen Pflegepersonal), Gebäude, Infrastruktur sowie Sach- und Betriebskosten abgegolten. Er beträgt (exklusive Umsatzsteuer) je Kategorie und Anzahl der bewilligten Pflegebetten ab 1. Dieser beträgt höchstens: Keine Stufe 0,00 € Stufe 1 22,02 € Stufe 2 35,01 € Stufe 3 56,10 € Stufe 4 85,64 € Stufe 5 105,33 € Stufe 6 122,70 € Stufe 7 129,94 € (4) Der Pflegezuschlag für die Betreuung psychisch erkrankter Bewohnerinnen/Bewohner beträgt höchstens: bis einschließlich Stufe 6 122,70 € Stufe 7 129,94 € (5) Einrichtungen, die über eine Bewilligung nach anderen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen für stationäre Einrichtungen (z. B. StKAG) verfügen, gebührt jenes Entgelt, das entweder mit Verordnung der Landesregierung für derartige Pflegegebühren oder auf Grund einer solchen Rechtsvorschrift bescheidmäßig festgelegt ist.
