# VERORDNUNG (EG) Nr. 937/2005 DER KOMMISSION vom 20. Juni 2005 zur Festsetzung der Beihilfen für nicht entkörnte Baumwolle im Wirtschaftsjahr 2004/05 für den Zeitraum vom 1. Juli 2004 bis 31. März 2005 ## Preamble DIE KOMMISSION DER EUROPÄISCHEN GEMEINSCHAFTEN — gestützt auf den Vertrag zur Gründung der Europäischen Gemeinschaft, gestützt auf die Akte über den Beitritt Griechenlands, insbesondere das Protokoll Nr. 4 über Baumwolle [^1] , gestützt auf die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1051/2001 des Rates vom 22. Mai 2001 über die Erzeugerbeihilfe für Baumwolle [^2] , insbesondere Artikel 2 Absatz 1, in Erwägung nachstehender Gründe: **(1)** Gemäß Artikel 4 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1591/2001 der Kommission vom 2. August 2001 zur Durchführung der Beihilferegelung für Baumwolle [^3] ist spätestens am 30. Juni des betreffenden Wirtschaftsjahres die Beihilfe festzusetzen, die für nicht entkörnte Baumwolle in den Zeiträumen zu gewähren ist, für die ein Weltmarktpreis für dieses Erzeugnis bestimmt wurde. **(2)** Durch die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 905/2005 der Kommission [^4] wurden gemäß Artikel 7 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1051/2001 die tatsächliche Erzeugung nicht entkörnter Baumwolle und die entsprechende Kürzung des Zielpreises für das Wirtschaftsjahr 2004/05 festgesetzt. **(3)** Gemäß Artikel 4 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1051/2001 wurde der Weltmarktpreis für nicht entkörnte Baumwolle in regelmäßigen Zeitabständen während des Wirtschaftsjahres 2004/05 bestimmt. **(4)** Die im Wirtschaftsjahr 2004/05 anwendbaren Beihilfen, die in den Zeiträumen zu gewähren sind, für die ein Weltmarktpreis für nicht entkörnte Baumwolle bestimmt wurde, sind deshalb festzusetzen — HAT FOLGENDE VERORDNUNG ERLASSEN: ## **Artikel 1** Die Beihilfen für nicht entkörnte Baumwolle, die den in den Verordnungen im Anhang festgelegten Weltmarktpreisen entsprechen, sind im genannten Anhang für den Zeitraum vom 1. Juli 2004 bis 31. März 2005 festgesetzt und gelten ab dem Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens der betreffenden Verordnungen. ## **Artikel 2** Diese Verordnung tritt am siebten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im *Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union* in Kraft. ## Final provisions Diese Verordnung ist in allen ihren Teilen verbindlich und gilt unmittelbar in jedem Mitgliedstaat.
