# VERORDNUNG (EG) Nr. 1268/2008 DER KOMMISSION

vom 12. Dezember 2008

zur Änderung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 des Rates zur Umsetzung des Zertifikationssystems des Kimberley-Prozesses für den internationalen Handel mit Rohdiamanten

## Preamble

DIE KOMMISSION DER EUROPÄISCHEN GEMEINSCHAFTEN —

gestützt auf den Vertrag zur Gründung der Europäischen Gemeinschaft,

gestützt auf die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 vom 20. Dezember 2002 des Rates zur Umsetzung des Zertifikationssystems des Kimberley-Prozesses für den internationalen Handel mit Rohdiamanten [^1] , insbesondere auf Artikel 20,

in Erwägung nachstehender Gründe:

**(1)** Auf der Plenartagung des Kimberley-Prozesses in Delhi wurde die Liste der Teilnehmer, die den Mindestanforderungen des Zertifikationssystems des Kimberley-Prozesses entsprechen, überprüft.

**(2)** Die Anschriften der für den Kimberley-Prozess zuständigen Behörden einiger Teilnehmer müssen geändert werden.

**(3)** Anhang II ist entsprechend zu ändern —

HAT FOLGENDE VERORDNUNG ERLASSEN:

## **Artikel 1**

Anhang II der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 wird durch Anhang I der vorliegenden Verordnung ersetzt.

## **Artikel 2**

Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im *Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union* in Kraft.

## Final provisions
