Art. 59 OG; Art. 29 f. OG: Federal review of alleged misapplication of federal private law in civil proceedings and enforcement proceedings; admissibility of remedies. A state-law complaint is not available where the grievance concerns the allegedly incorrect application of federal private law in a civil enforcement matter. In such a constellation, federal review is confined to the civil appeal route provided by the organizational statute, and only under its statutory conditions. That remedy presupposes, in particular, a judicial final judgment; it does not extend to administrative enforcement measures. Where no statutory remedy is open, the Federal Court must decline jurisdiction (consid. 2–3).
den Antrag: Es seien in Aufhebung des Entscheides des aar gauischen Regierungsrathes vom 28. November 1883 die vom Tit. Bezirksamt Zofingen am 11. Oktober 1883 ertheilten Wechselvollstreckungsbewilligungen zu bestätigen, unter Kosten folge. Das Bundesgericht zieht in Erwägung:
