Aus den Erwägungen:

Wie der Kassationshof schon öfters ausgeführt hat, ist Einsicht in die Verwerflichkeit der verübten Tat erste Voraussetzung einer dauernden Besserung und damit des bedingten Strafvollzuges. Auf Einsichtslosigkeit darf jedoch aus dem Leugnen des Angeklagten nicht schlechthin geschlossen werden. Wer seinen Fehler einsieht und nur aus Angst vor der Strafe, aus Rücksicht auf Angehörige oder aus sonst einem Grunde leugnet, der die Besserungsabsichten nicht beeinträchtigt, hat nicht schon wegen des Leugnens allein die Strafe verwirkt (vgl. nicht publiziertes Urteil des Kassationshofes vom 25. Februar 1949 i.S. Boden). In Hinsicht auf das Gebot einer einheitlichen Gesetzesanwendung ist es daher unerlässlich, dass die kantonale Behörde in ihrem Urteil darlegt, inwiefern sich der Täter einsichtslos gezeigt hat. Nur auf diese Weise lässt sich beurteilen, ob ein Mass von Einsichtslosigkeit gegeben ist, das die schlechte Prognose rechtfertigt.
