A.________ S.p.A., B.________ S.p.A. and C.________ S.p.A. appealed against a Federal Criminal Court order refusing admission to a criminal proceeding. After the related complaint before the Federal Criminal Court was dismissed, they withdrew the appeal before the Federal Supreme Court. The President therefore struck the case from the docket and ordered the appellants to pay CHF 300 in court costs jointly and severally.
Art. 32 cpv. 1-2 LTF; Art. 66 cpv. 2 LTF: Where an appeal is withdrawn, the single judge strikes the case from the docket and decides on costs. In the event of withdrawal, the Federal Supreme Court may waive court costs in whole or in part; absent such waiver, costs may be charged to the withdrawing appellants jointly and severally (consid. 1).

Considerando:
che con ordinanza del 3 aprile 2012 la Corte penale del Tribunale penale federale ha respinto un'istanza di ammissione a un procedimento penale formulata da A.________S.p.A., B.________S.p.A. e C.________S.p.A.;
che le tre citate società impugnano quest'ordinanza con un ricorso in materia penale al Tribunale federale;
che, nel frattempo, la Corte dei reclami penali del Tribunale federale, anch'essa adita dalle ricorrenti, con decisione del 29 maggio 2012 ne ha respinto il reclamo;
che con scritto del 20 giugno 2012 le ricorrenti comunicano al Tribunale federale di ritirare il ricorso, in seguito alla predetta decisione con la quale il Tribunale penale federale ha confermato la propria competenza a decidere sulla vertenza;
che il giudice dell'istruzione decide quale giudice unico circa lo stralcio delle cause ritirate (art. 32 cpv. 1 e 2 LTF) e, in tale ambito, statuisce sulle spese giudiziarie;
che in caso di desistenza il Tribunale federale può rinunciare in tutto o in parte a riscuotere le spese giudiziarie (art. 66 cpv. 2 LTF);
per questi motivi, il Presidente decreta:

La causa è stralciata dai ruoli a seguito del ritiro del ricorso.
2.
Le spese giudiziarie di fr. 300.-- sono poste a carico delle ricorrenti in solido.
3.
Comunicazione ai patrocinatori delle parti, al Ministero pubblico della Confederazione, alla Corte penale e alla Corte dei reclami penali del Tribunale penale federale.

The proceedings were struck from the docket because the appellants withdrew their appeal.
Once the appeal was withdrawn, the Federal Supreme Court no longer had to decide the merits and could remove the case from the docket.
