The appellants withdrew their public-law appeals against the Geneva Court of Justice judgment concerning 1998 federal, cantonal, and communal taxes. The Federal Supreme Court took note of the withdrawal, struck both cases from the docket, and ordered that no court costs be charged. The order was issued by the presiding judge of the Second Public Law Division.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; withdrawal of the appeal; striking the case from the roll. When the appellant withdraws the appeal, the Federal Supreme Court takes note of the withdrawal and removes the case from the docket. In principle, no further examination on the merits is required. Costs follow Art. 66 al. 2 LTF; in the event of withdrawal, the court may order the proceedings without judicial fees.

Par mémoire du 27 janvier 2014, A.________ et B.________ ont interjeté un recours en matière de droit public contre l'arrêt de la Cour de justice du canton de Genève du 3 décembre 2013 relatif à l'impôt fédéral direct, cantonal et communal de la période fiscale 1998. Le recours a été enregistré sous les numéros d'ordre 2C_95/2014 pour l'impôt cantonal et communal et 2C_96/2014 pour l'impôt fédéral direct.
Par courrier de leur mandataire du 24 février 2014, les intéressés ont déclaré retirer leur recours.
Conformément à l'art. 32 al. 2 LTF, il convient de prendre acte du retrait du recours et de rayer la cause du rôle sans frais (art. 66 al. 2 LTF).
Les causes 2C_95/2014 et 2C_96/2014 sont rayées du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais de justice.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée au mandataire des recourants, à l'Administration fiscale cantonale du canton de Genève, à la Cour de justice de la République et canton de Genève, Chambre administrative, 1ère section, et à l'Administration fédérale des contributions.
