The appellant challenged a Federal Administrative Court judgment that had rejected his appeal against an asylum non-entry decision in a Dublin case. Before the Federal Supreme Court, he withdrew the subsidiary constitutional appeal by letter of 11 February 2014. The Court took note of the withdrawal under Art. 32(2) LTF, struck the matter from the docket, and decided not to levy court costs or award compensation.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; withdrawal of the appeal; striking off the docket and costs: upon valid withdrawal of an appeal, the Federal Supreme Court takes note thereof and removes the cause from the docket. In such a procedural situation, it may dispense with court costs and with an award of party compensation.

Par arrêt du 7 janvier 2014, le Tribunal administratif fédéral a rejeté le recours que D.________ avait déposé contre la décision de non-entrée en matière du 5 décembre 2013 de l'Office fédéral des migrations concernant sa demande d'asile.
Agissant par la voie du recours constitutionnel subsidiaire, il demande au Tribunal fédéral d'annuler l'arrêt rendu le 7 janvier 2014 par le Tribunal administratif fédéral.
Par courrier du 11 février 2014, le recourant a retiré son recours.
Conformément à l'art. 32 al. 2 LTF, il convient de prendre acte du retrait du recours (cf. art. 32 al. 2 LTF) et de rayer la cause du rôle. Il se justifie de ne pas percevoir de frais de justice et de ne pas allouer de dépens.
La cause 2D_9/2014 est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais de justice.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties, à l'Office fédéral des migrations et au Tribunal administratif fédéral, Cour IV.
