The tenants lodged a civil-law appeal against a cantonal appellate judgment in a lease termination case. Before the Federal Supreme Court ruled on the merits, the parties submitted a written settlement by which the tenants expressly withdrew the appeal, agreed to bear their own legal expenses, and waived any award of party costs. Vu la convention des 30 juin/1er juillet 2014, transmise au Tribunal fédéral par la bailleresse le 1er juillet 2014, par laquelle les locataires, sous la signature de leur avocat, déclarent retirer expressément leur recours du 10 mars 2014, supporter leurs frais de justice et d'avocat, et renoncer à l'allocation de dépens;
Considérant qu'il y a lieu de prendre acte de ce retrait et de rayer la cause 4A_154/2014 du rôle;
Considérant, quant aux frais, qu'il peut être renoncé à en percevoir, étant donné les circonstances, en application de l'art. 66 al. 2 LTF;
Considérant, en ce qui concerne les dépens, que, selon la susdite lettre, les recourants et l'intimée sont convenus de renoncer à leur éventuelle allocation;
Vu l'art. 32 al. 2 LTF,
Il est pris acte du retrait du recours.
