The appellant withdrew its civil appeal against the cantonal judgment in an employment dispute over a bonus. The Federal Supreme Court, acting through the presiding member, therefore struck the proceedings from the docket. In accordance with Art. 66(3) BGG, the court costs of CHF 300 were imposed on the appellant. The order was communicated to the parties and to the St. Gallen Cantonal Court.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG; withdrawal of appeal and procedural dismissal; Art. 66 Abs. 3 BGG governs costs upon withdrawal. If the appellant withdraws the appeal, the proceedings are struck off without a merits decision. Court costs are, as a rule, charged to the withdrawing appellant. The order is issued by the competent judicial member in simplified procedure and does not affect the substantive judgment of the lower court, which remains untouched.
