The appellant withdrew its appeal against an international arbitration award. The President of the First Civil Law Court of the Swiss Federal Supreme Court took note of the withdrawal under Art. 32(2) LTF, struck the matter from the docket, and imposed judicial costs of CHF 500 on the appellant. The order was communicated to the parties and to the arbitral tribunal.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; retrait du recours en matière d’arbitrage international: lorsque le recourant retire son recours, le Tribunal fédéral en prend acte et raye la cause du rôle.
