ricorso contro la sentenza emanata il 27 agosto 2010 dalla II Camera civile del Tribunale d'appello
del Cantone Ticino.
Considerando:
che con sentenza del 27 agosto 2010 la II Camera civile del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino ha confermato il giudizio pronunciato l'8 luglio 2010 dal Pretore della Giurisdizione di Locarno-Città, con il quale è stato dichiarato lo scioglimento ed è stata ordinata la liquidazione in via di fallimento di A.________;
che contro questa sentenza la soccombente ha interposto ricorso al Tribunale federale, il 4 ottobre 2010;
che la domanda di conferimento dell'effetto sospensivo presentata contestualmente al gravame è stata accolta in via supercautelare il 7 ottobre 2010;
che nella risposta del 3 novembre 2010 l'Ufficio del registro di commercio ha proposto l'integrale reiezione del gravame, in quanto ammissibile;
che con lettera del 15 novembre 2010 il legale della ricorrente ha dichiarato di ritirare il ricorso;
che visto il ritiro del gravame la causa può venire stralciata dai ruoli, conformemente a quanto previsto dall'art. 32 cpv. 2 LTF;
che per le spese giudiziarie si rinvia all'art. 65 cpv. 1, cpv. 2 e cpv. 3 lett. b nonché all'art. 66 cpv. 2 e cpv. 3 LTF;
che all'Ufficio del registro di commercio, agente nell'esercizio delle sue attribuzioni ufficiali, non vengono accordate spese ripetibili (art. 68 cpv. 3 LTF);
per questi motivi, la Presidente decreta:

Si prende atto del ritiro del ricorso e la causa 4A_554/2010 è stralciata dai ruoli.
2.
Le spese giudiziarie di fr. 500.-- sono poste a carico della ricorrente.
3.
Comunicazione al patrocinatore della ricorrente, all'opponente e alla II Camera civile del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino.

The court took note of the withdrawal and removed the case from the docket.
Once the appeal was withdrawn, the proceedings could be struck from the docket under Art. 32 para. 2 BGG.
Allocation of court costs after withdrawal
