The First Civil Law Court of the Federal Supreme Court recorded the appellant's withdrawal of her appeal in an employment dispute against the Geneva cantonal judgment. It annulled the earlier presidential order of 19 February 2013 concerning suspensive effect, struck the case off the docket, and ordered reduced court costs of CHF 300 against the appellant.
Art. 32 al. 2 et art. 66 al. 2 et 3 LTF; withdrawal of the appeal and allocation of costs. When the appellant withdraws the federal appeal, the Court takes note of the withdrawal and strikes the case off the docket. Any interim order rendered in the appeal proceedings becomes devoid of purpose and is annulled. The withdrawing party bears the reduced judicial costs, absent contrary circumstances.

l'ordonnance présidentielle du 19 février 2013 invitant l'intimée à se déterminer sur la requête d'effet suspensif et sur le recours jusqu'au 12 mars 2013;
la lettre du 4 mars 2013 par laquelle la recourante déclare retirer le recours;
considérant:
qu'il y a lieu de prendre acte du retrait du recours et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 32 al. 2 LTF);
que la recourante supporte les frais judiciaires réduits (art. 66 al. 2 et 3 LTF);
par ces motifs, la Présidente ordonne:

L'ordonnance présidentielle du 19 février 2013 est annulée.
2.
La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
3.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge de la recourante.
4.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Cour de justice du canton de Genève, Chambre des prud'hommes.

Whether the federal appeal should be struck off the docket after withdrawal
The Court took note of the withdrawal and struck the case from the docket.
Once the appellant declared the appeal withdrawn, the Court had to record the withdrawal and discontinue the proceedings.
How to decide the procedural order of 19 February 2013 after withdrawal
The presidential order of 19 February 2013 was annulled.
Because the main appeal was withdrawn, the interim order no longer served a purpose and had to be set aside.
Allocation of court costs after withdrawal
Reduced court costs of CHF 300 were imposed on the appellant.
Under the Federal Supreme Court Act, the withdrawing party bears the reduced judicial costs.
