X.________ SA filed a federal appeal against a decision of the Vaud cantonal administrative court concerning a recusal request. The Federal Court set an advance on costs, first by order of 9 April 2008 and then by an extension order of 30 April 2008. Because the appellant did not pay the advance within the prescribed time, the President of the First Civil Law Court declared the appeal inadmissible and ordered court costs of CHF 300 against the appellant.
Art. 62 al. 3 LTF; Art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF: a federal appeal is inadmissible if the required advance on costs is not paid within the fixed time limit, including any duly granted extension. The court may decide summarily by single judge order when the defect is irremediable. The consequence of inadmissibility is the allocation of federal court costs to the appellant.

Vu le recours interjeté par X.________ SA contre l'arrêt de la Cour administrative du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud du 29 février 2008 dans la cause précitée.
Vu l'ordonnance du 9 avril 2008 invitant la recourante à verser jusqu'au 25 avril 2008 une avance de frais de 500 fr. et l'ordonnance du 30 avril 2008 fixant en application de l'art. 62 al. 3 LTF un délai supplémentaire jusqu'au 13 mai 2008.
Que l'avance de frais requise n'a pas été effectuée dans les délais impartis.
Que le recours est dès lors irrecevable faute d'avance de frais (art. 62 al. 3 LTF).
par ces motifs, vu l'art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF, le Président prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge de la recourante.

Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties et à la Cour administrative du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud.
