X.________ AG filed a federal appeal against a Thurgau cantonal decision concerning suspension in a land register rectification matter. After the Federal Supreme Court refused legal aid, the appellant withdrew the appeal. April 2014 zurückgezogen hat, das Beschwerdeverfahren daher durch den Abteilungspräsidenten (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP) und der Beschwerdeführerin (entgegen ihrem Antrag auf vollständige Kostenbefreiung) reduzierte Kosten aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
Das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren 5A_226/2014 wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Thurgau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
