B.________ brought a complaint to the Federal Supreme Court alleging a denial of justice by the cantonal supervisory authority over debt collection and bankruptcy offices. The Court found that the cantonal authority had already decided the two underlying complaints, so the denial-of-justice complaint was without object and inadmissible for lack of interest. It also noted that B.________ was not a party to one of the cantonal proceedings and therefore lacked standing for that part. The portion concerning a review request against an Agricultural Technical Service decision was transmitted to the competent First Civil Law Court. Art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF, art. 66 al. 1 LTF; a complaint for denial of justice becomes without object once the competent cantonal authority has rendered its decision, so that the Federal Supreme Court will not enter into the matter for lack of practical interest. Standing to appeal under Art. 76 al. 1 LTF requires party status in the prior cantonal proceeding; a non-party cannot challenge a decision in that proceeding. Where a submission concerns a matter falling within another civil chamber's competence, it is to be transmitted ex officio to the competent chamber pursuant to Arts. 22 LTF and 31 RTF.

Considérant:
que le recours est dirigé contre la prétendue absence de décision de l'autorité cantonale de surveillance sur deux recours formés, l'un par X.________ Sàrl le 23 novembre 2007, le second par B.________ le 17 décembre 2007;
qu'il ressort du dossier que l'autorité cantonale a statué sur les deux recours par décisions du 21 février 2008 (recours B.________) et du 23 mai 2008 (recours X.________), de sorte que le recours au Tribunal fédéral pour déni de justice doit être considéré, respec-tivement, comme ayant été sans objet d'entrée de cause et comme étant devenu sans objet, et qu'il est, partant, irrecevable faute d'intérêt (cf. ATF 118 Ia 488 consid. 1a);
que, de surcroît, B.________ n'était pas partie dans la procédure de recours X.________ et n'a donc a priori pas qualité pour recourir, en vertu de l'art. 76 al. 1 LTF, en ce qui concerne cette procédure;
que dans la mesure où le déni de justice a trait à la demande de révision formée par le recourant à l'encontre d'une décision du Service technique agricole concernant un bail agricole, le recours a été transmis à la Ière Cour de droit civil comme objet de sa compétence, conformément aux art. 22 LTF et 31 RTF, auprès de laquelle il est enregistré sous n° 4A_221/2008;
que le présent recours doit en conséquence être déclaré irrecevable en procédure simplifiée (art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF), aux frais de son auteur (art. 66 al. 1 LTF);
par ces motifs, le Président prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.
2.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 500 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.
3.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué au recourant et à l'Autorité cantonale supérieure de surveillance des offices des poursuites et des faillites du canton de Neuchâtel.

The complaint had become without object, and to that extent was inadmissible for lack of interest.
