The appellant challenged a judgment of the Cantonal Court of Fribourg concerning the refusal of further postponements of enforcement. After her request for legal aid had already been refused as hopeless, she withdrew the complaint by letter of 30 August 2009. The President of the Second Civil Law Court therefore struck the proceedings off the docket and ordered the appellant to pay court costs of CHF 300. The order was to be notified to the appellant, the Cantonal Court of Fribourg, and the enforcement office.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG, Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP; withdrawal of the complaint: the Federal Supreme Court may strike the proceeding off the roll by order of the presiding judge. Upon withdrawal, the proceeding is terminated without a decision on the merits; costs are allocated according to the applicable federal rules and, in particular, borne by the withdrawing party unless special circumstances justify a different allocation (consid. 1).

Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
verfügt die Präsidentin:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

Diese Verfügung wird der Beschwerdeführerin, dem Kantonsgericht des Kantons Freiburg und dem verfahrensbeteiligten Amt schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The proceedings were discontinued and struck off because the complaint had been withdrawn.
