The appellant withdrew her federal complaint against the Bezirksgericht Zurzach's order concerning free legal aid and legal representation in appellate proceedings about the modification of a divorce judgment. The Federal Supreme Court therefore discontinued the proceedings. In view of the appellant's financial circumstances, it waived the imposition of court costs.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG, Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP; withdrawal of the federal complaint and consequences for costs. If the appellant withdraws the complaint, the Federal Supreme Court discontinues the proceedings by way of removal from the docket. verfügt die Präsidentin:

Das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren 5A_68/2009 wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
