The Federal Tribunal dealt with an appeal in a family-law proceeding concerning protective measures of the marital union. After the appellant withdrew the appeal, the Court took note of the withdrawal and removed the case from the docket. It also decided that no judicial costs would be charged. The order was issued by the President of the Second Civil Law Court and communicated to the parties and the Geneva Civil Chamber.

qu'il convient de prendre acte de ce retrait et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 73 PCF par renvoi de l'art. 71 LTF; art. 32 al. 2 LTF);
qu'il se justifie de statuer sans frais (art. 66 al. 1 LTF);
Par ces motifs, le Président ordonne:

Prend acte du retrait du recours et ordonne la radiation de la cause du rôle.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Chambre civile de la Cour de justice du canton de Genève.
