The appellant withdrew the federal complaint against the Thurgau cantonal court's decision concerning bankruptcy opening. verfügt der Präsident:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Thurgau schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Whether the federal appeal should be struck off after withdrawal
The proceedings were discontinued and struck off because the appellant withdrew the appeal.
Upon written withdrawal, the appeal no longer had to be adjudicated on the merits and was to be removed from the docket by the division president.
Allocation of court costs after withdrawal
Court costs of CHF 300 were imposed on the appellant.
Costs follow the withdrawal of the appeal and are charged to the withdrawing party.
