dass sowohl die Beschwerde nach Art. 72 ff. BGG wie auch die Verfassungsbeschwerde innert 30 Tagen nach der Eröffnung des kantonalen Entscheids beim Bundesgericht einzureichen oder zu dessen Handen der Schweizerischen Post zu übergeben sind (Art. 100 Abs. 1, Art. 48 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass das Urteil des Appellationsgerichts vom 10. September 2012 der Beschwerdeführerin am 17. September 2012 eröffnet worden ist,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin die Beschwerden an das Bundesgericht erst am 18. Oktober 2012 und damit nach Ablauf der Beschwerdefrist (Mittwoch, den 17. Oktober 2012) der Post übergeben hat,
dass sich somit die Beschwerden als verspätet und daher als offensichtlich unzulässig erweisen, weshalb darauf im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG bzw. Art. 117/108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG nicht einzutreten ist,
dass mit dem bundesgerichtlichen Entscheid die Aufforderung vom 19. Oktober 2012 der Beschwerdeführerin zur Vorschusszahlung gegenstandslos wird,
dass die unterliegende Beschwerdeführerin kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass in den Fällen des Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG bzw. Art. 117/108 Abs. 1 BGG das vereinfachte Verfahren zum Zuge kommt und die Abteilungspräsidentin zuständig ist,
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde nach Art. 72 ff. BGG und die Verfassungsbeschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird der Beschwerdeführerin, dem Grundbuch- und Vermessungsamt Basel-Stadt und dem Appellationsgericht des Kantons Basel-Stadt schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The cantonal judgment was served on 2012-09-17; the deadline expired on 2012-10-17, but the submissions were handed to the post only on 2012-10-18.
Court costs and advance payment consequences after inadmissibility.
The appellant had to bear the court costs; the prior request for an advance payment became moot.
As the appellant was unsuccessful, costs were imposed under Art. 66(1) BGG, and the cost-advance notice lost its purpose once the merits were not entered upon.
