Considérant:
que le jugement attaqué rejette la prise à partie déposée par X.________ à l'encontre du Président d'arrondissement judiciaire intimé dans le cadre d'une procédure de mainlevée d'opposition;
que contrairement aux exigences de l'art. 106 al. 2 LTF (par renvoi de l'art. 117 LTF), inspirées de l'art. 90 al. 1 let. b OJ (ATF 133 III 393 consid. 6; 133 IV 286 consid. 1.4), le recourant n'indique nullement en quoi le jugement attaqué violerait ses droits constitutionnels;
que le recours étant ainsi manifestement irrecevable et se révélant de surcroît une nouvelle fois abusif (art. 42 al. 7 LTF), il convient, en procédure simplifiée selon l'art. 108 al. 1 let. b et c LTF, de ne pas entrer en matière;
qu'en vertu de l'art. 66 al. 1 LTF, les frais judiciaires doivent être mis à la charge du recourant;
que tout nouvel acte du même style dans cette affaire - demande de révision abusive en particulier - demeurera sans réponse et sera classé purement et simplement.
Par ces motifs, vu l'art. 108 al. 1 LTF, la Présidente prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.
2.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.
3.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties et à la 2ème Chambre civile de la Cour d'appel du canton de Berne.
