Considérant:
que, par arrêt du 28 mars 2013, la IIe Cour d'appel civil du Tribunal cantonal de l'Etat de Fribourg a déclaré irrecevable le recours interjeté par Christiane A.________ contre la décision du Président du Tribunal civil de l'arrondissement de la Sarine du 6 décembre 2012 déclarant irrecevable, faute de paiement de l'avance de frais, l'action en annulation de la poursuite n° xxxx d'un montant total de 2'213 fr. 85 introduite par la recourante contre l'intimé;
que l'autorité cantonale a considéré que, devant l'instance cantonale également, la recourante n'avait pas presté l'avance de frais, de sorte que son recours était irrecevable;
qu'elle a ajouté au demeurant que la créance n'était pas prescrite, comme l'avait déjà jugé la Chambre des poursuites et faillites par arrêt du 6 mars 2012 rendu suite à une plainte de la recourante, et que la procédure en annulation d'une poursuite n'était pas gratuite;
que, par écritures du 19 avril 2013, A.________ interjette un recours, qui doit être considéré comme un recours constitutionnel subsidiaire, devant le Tribunal fédéral contre cet arrêt;
que la recourante y polémique contre la justice fribourgeoise, qu'elle accuse en substance d'immoralité, d'escroquerie et de corruption, sans toutefois s'en prendre, conformément aux exigences légales de motivation (art. 116, 117 et 106 al. 2 LTF; ATF 133 IV 286 consid. 1.4), aux considérants décisifs de l'arrêt attaqué pour démontrer, sur cette base, que celui-ci serait contraire à la Constitution;
que le recours constitutionnel subsidiaire doit dès lors être déclaré irrecevable selon la procédure simplifiée prévue aux art. 117 et 108 al. 1 let. b LTF;
que les frais judiciaires doivent être mis à la charge de la recourante (art. 66 al. 1 LTF);
par ces motifs, le Président prononce:

Le recours constitutionnel subsidiaire est irrecevable.
2.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge de la recourante.
3.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties et à la IIe Cour d'appel civil du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Fribourg.
