X. filed a complaint to the Federal Supreme Court for denial of justice against the Federal Criminal Court in case SK.2011.27. Before the Court decided, he withdrew the complaint by letter of 1 November 2013. The single judge took note of the withdrawal, struck the case off the docket, and ordered that no judicial fees be charged.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; withdrawal of the appeal and removal from the docket. Where an appeal is withdrawn before judgment, the Federal Supreme Court takes note of the withdrawal and strikes the matter from the register. Il sied d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 32 al. 2 LTF), sans frais, de sorte que l'ordonnance présidentielle corrélative devient sans objet.
Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et l'affaire 6B_1035/2013 est rayée du rôle.
Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et au Tribunal pénal fédéral, Cour des affaires pénales.
