Beschwerde gegen die Verfügung des Kantonsgerichts des Kantons Wallis, Strafkammer, vom 17. Oktober 2013.
Das Kantonsgericht Wallis wies am 17. Oktober 2013 eine Beschwerde ab, soweit es darauf eintrat. Zur Hauptsache führte es aus, der Beschwerdeführer sei nicht legitimiert, das Rechtsmittel zu ergreifen (Verfügung S. 3). Zur Frage der Legitimation äussert sich der Beschwerdeführer vor Bundesgericht nicht, weshalb seine Eingabe keine hinreichende Begründung im Sinne von Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG enthält. Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.
In Bezug auf die Eventualbegründung der Vorinstanz (Verfügung S. 3/4) kann auf das in E. 3 im Urteil 6B_934/2013 vom 23. Oktober 2013 Gesagte verwiesen werden.
Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Wie in früheren Urteilen ist seiner finanziellen Lage bei der Bemessung Rechnung zu tragen (Art. 65 Abs. 2 BGG).
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht des Kantons Wallis, Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.

It did not; the appellant failed to address the cantonal court's standing reasoning.
Because the appellant did not challenge the decisive standing issue, the submission lacked the required reasoning and could not be examined under the summary non-entry procedure.
Allocation of federal court costs.
Costs were charged to the appellant, taking his financial situation into account.
As the appeal was not entered into, the appellant had to bear the court costs, but reduced in view of his financial circumstances.
