Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et l'affaire 6B_12/2014 est rayée du rôle.
Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.

Whether to take note of the withdrawal of the criminal appeal and remove the case from the docket
The court took note of the withdrawal and struck the case from the docket without costs.
Once the appellant declared withdrawal, the court simply recorded it and removed the matter from the docket under Art. 32(2) BGG; no court costs were charged.
