Par ces motifs, le Juge unique ordonne:

La cause est rayée du rôle.
2.
Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et au Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud, Chambre des recours pénale.

Whether the withdrawn appeal should be removed from the docket
The Court took note of the withdrawal and struck the case off the docket.
Since the appellant expressly withdrew the appeal, there was no need to decide the merits; under Art. 32(2) LTF the case is to be removed from the docket.

No judicial costs were levied.
After the withdrawal and striking off of the case, the Court ordered that no costs be imposed.
