1.2 Par lettre du 1er mars 2011, le Président de la cour de céans a informé la recourante du fait qu'il lui incombait de joindre un exemplaire de la décision attaquée à son mémoire de recours et qu'à ce défaut, ce dernier ne serait pas pris en considération. X.________ n'ayant donné aucune suite au courrier précité, il convient d'écarter son pourvoi en application de l'art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF.

Exceptionnellement, le présent arrêt peut être rendu sans frais (art. 66 al. 1 LTF).

Par ces motifs, le Président prononce:
