Dem Beschwerdeführer wurden mit Verfügungen vom 13. Mai 2013 und 6. Juni 2013 eine Frist sowie die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Nachfrist bis zum 20. Juni 2013 angesetzt, um dem Bundesgericht einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 2'000.-- einzuzahlen, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde. Die zweite Verfügung hat der Beschwerdeführer auf der Post nicht abgeholt, worauf ihm eine Kopie noch mit gewöhnlicher Post zugestellt wurde. Da er mit einer gerichtlichen Sendung rechnen musste, gilt auch die zweite Verfügung als zugestellt. Der Kostenvorschuss ging nicht ein. Auf die Beschwerde ist androhungsgemäss im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.
Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, II. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.

No. Because the advance was not paid by the deadline, the court could not entertain the appeal and issued a non-entry decision under Art. 108 BGG.
The second payment order was deemed served, as the appellant had to expect a court delivery. Since the advance was not received, the announced consequence of non-entry applied.

The court costs were imposed on the appellant.
