Whether to take note of the withdrawal of the criminal appeal and strike the case from the docket.
The withdrawal is recorded and the case is struck from the docket.
Once the appellant withdrew the appeal, the court had to take note of that withdrawal and remove the case from the roll under Art. 32 para. 2 LTF.
