Considérant en fait et en droit:

X.________ interjette un recours en matière pénale contre un arrêt du 29 septembre 2011 de la Cour pénale du Tribunal cantonal de la République et canton de Neuchâtel. Les recours au Tribunal fédéral doivent indiquer les conclusions, les motifs et les moyens de preuve (art. 42 al. 1 LTF), les motifs devant exposer succinctement en quoi l'acte attaqué viole le droit (art. 42 al. 2, première phrase, LTF). Le recourant conteste sa condamnation pour le seul motif que, selon lui, le fait de ne disposer d'aucun papier d'identité n'est pas constitutif d'infraction. Pour autant, il n'explique pas en quoi le jugement attaqué serait contraire au droit. Faute de satisfaire ainsi aux exigences de motivation précitées, le recours doit être écarté en application de l'art. 108 al. 1 let. b LTF.

L'arrêt est exceptionnellement rendu sans frais (art. 66 al. 1 LTF).

Le recourant a été invité, par publication dans la Feuille fédérale n° 45 du 8 novembre 2011, à indiquer, dans les 20 jours, au Tribunal fédéral un domicile en Suisse (art. 39 al. 1 et 3 LTF) sans y donner suite. Le présent arrêt est par conséquent notifié au recourant par voie édictale, l'exemplaire destiné à ce dernier étant conservé au dossier, à sa disposition.

Par ces motifs, le Juge unique prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.

Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.

3.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties et à la Cour pénale du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Neuchâtel. L'exemplaire destiné au recourant est conservé au dossier, à sa disposition.
