Faits:

Par jugement du 19 janvier 2009, un juge unique de la Cour pénale II du Tribunal cantonal du canton du Valais a confirmé, sur appel restreint à cette question, la mise à la charge de l'appelant X.________ des frais de l'expertise psychiatrique le concernant, par 4'500 francs, et d'une partie des autres frais de la cause.

B.
X.________ recourt au Tribunal fédéral contre ce jugement.

Considérant en droit:

Le sort des frais de justice est une question de droit cantonal.

Le Tribunal fédéral ne peut revoir les questions de droit cantonal que sous l'angle restreint de l'arbitraire (sur cette notion: ATF 129 I 8 consid. 2.1 p. 9), dans le cadre d'un moyen pris de la violation d'un droit constitutionnel (cf. art. 95 et 96 LTF, a contrario), expressément soulevé et développé avec la précision requise à l'art. 106 al. 2 LTF.

En l'espèce, le recourant ne se plaint pas d'application arbitraire d'une règle de procédure cantonale précisément désignée. Il se borne à alléguer que sa condamnation aux frais serait injuste. Une telle motivation ne répond manifestement pas aux exigences de l'art. 106 al. 2 LTF, de sorte que le recours doit être écarté en application de l'art. 108 al.1 let. b LTF.

Le recourant, qui succombe, doit supporter les frais de justice (art. 66 al. 1 LTF).

Par ces motifs, le Président prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.

2.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 800 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.

3.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties et au Tribunal cantonal du canton du Valais, Cour pénale II.
