X. did not collect the order and did not pay the advance. The Federal Supreme Court therefore refused to enter into the revision request and charged X. CHF 100 in court fees. The court also noted that any further abusive filings in the matter would be filed away without response.
Art. 156 Abs. 1 OG; revision proceedings and cost advance as a procedural precondition for admissibility: where the applicant, after being validly ordered to pay an advance within a non-extendable time limit and warned of non-entry, neither collects the order nor pays the advance, the court must decline to enter into the remedy. Failure to comply with the advance requirement constitutes a procedural bar; the applicant bears the costs of the unsuccessful proceeding. Consideration is also given to the court’s power to disregard manifestly abusive subsequent filings.

Die Kammer hat nach Einsicht
in die Eingabe von X.________ vom 9. September 2006, womit diese um Revision des bundesgerichtlichen Urteils vom 10. Juli 2006 (7B.81/2006) ersucht hat,
in Erwägung,
dass die Gesuchstellerin mit Präsidialverfügung vom 21. September 2006 aufgefordert wurde, dem Bundesgericht innert der einmaligen, nicht erstreckbaren Frist bis zum 13. Oktober 2006 einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 500.-- zu bezahlen, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde,
dass die Gesuchstellerin die Präsidialverfügung bei der Post nicht abgeholt und den Kostenvorschuss nicht bezahlt hat,
dass somit auf das Revisionsbegehren nicht eingetreten werden kann,
dass die Gesuchstellerin kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 156 Abs. 1 OG),
dass darauf hingewiesen wird, dass in dieser Sache allfällige weitere Eingaben in der Art der bisherigen, namentlich missbräuchliche Revisionsgesuche, ohne Antwort abgelegt würden,
erkannt:

Auf das Revisionsgesuch wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 100.-- wird der Gesuchstellerin auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird der Gesuchstellerin, der Gesuchsgegnerin (Versicherung V.________), dem Betreibungsamt Zürich 4, Militärstrasse 106, Postfach, 8026 Zürich, und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich (II. Zivilkammer) als oberer kantonaler Aufsichtsbehörde in Schuldbetreibungs- und Konkurssachen schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The court could not enter into the revision request because the applicant failed to pay the required cost advance within the non-extendable deadline.
The applicant did not collect the presidential order and did not pay the CHF 500 advance by the deadline; therefore the procedural precondition for proceeding was not met.
