lo scritto del 1° maggio 2012 con il quale, per ordine del Presidente, l'interessato è stato informato che l'atto di ricorso, per essere ricevibile, deve contenere le conclusioni e i motivi per i quali egli ritiene di poter chiedere un altro giudizio,
l'indicazione in detto scritto secondo cui queste condizioni di ricevibilità non sembravano essere soddisfatte e l'avviso che il vizio poteva essere sanato entro il termine di ricorso indicato nel querelato giudizio,
la mancata reazione del ricorrente a questa comunicazione,
considerando:
che secondo l'art. 42 cpv. 1 e 2 LTF il ricorso deve contenere, tra le altre cose, le conclusioni, i motivi e l'indicazione dei mezzi di prova e spiegare in modo conciso perché l'atto impugnato violerebbe il diritto,
che nel caso di specie il ricorso non soddisfa queste esigenze formali minime poiché non spiega in quale misura l'accertamento del primo giudice sarebbe inesatto, incompleto o contrario al diritto (art. 97 cpv. 1 e 2 LTF),
che, statuendo secondo la procedura semplificata di cui all'art. 108 cpv. 1 lett. b LTF, il ricorso dev'essere di conseguenza dichiarato irricevibile,
che in applicazione dell'art. 66 cpv. 1 seconda frase LTF, non si prelevano spese giudiziarie,
per questi motivi, la Giudice unica pronuncia:

Il ricorso è inammissibile.

Non si prelevano spese giudiziarie.
3.
Comunicazione alle parti, al Tribunale delle assicurazioni del Cantone Ticino e all'Ufficio federale della sanità pubblica.
