The petitioner withdrew his request for revision of a Federal Supreme Court judgment in a public employment matter. The single judge of the First Civil/Social Chamber ordered the case struck from the docket because of the withdrawal and, applying the Federal Supreme Court Act and the Code of Civil Procedure, decided that no judicial costs would be levied. The order was to be notified to the parties and to the Geneva Administrative Chamber.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF i.V.m. Art. 71 LTF und Art. 73 al. 1 PCF; Rückzug eines Revisionsgesuchs: Das Verfahren ist als gegenstandslos abzuschreiben bzw. aus dem Geschäftsverzeichnis zu streichen. Bei Rückzug kann ohne Kostenauflage entschieden werden; nach Art. 66 al. 2 LTF rechtfertigt sich der Verzicht auf Gerichtskosten insbesondere bei einfacher prozessualer Erledigung durch Rückzug. Der Entscheid ergeht als einzelrichterliche, schriftliche Zwischenverfügung ohne materielle Prüfung des Revisionsbegehrens.

que la cause doit être rayée du rôle en application des art. 32 al. 2 et 71 LTF, en relation avec l'art. 73 al. 1 PCF,
qu'il se justifie en appliquant l'art. 66 al. 2 LTF de statuer sans frais judiciaires,
par ces motifs, le Juge unique ordonne:

La cause est radiée du rôle par suite de retrait de la demande de révision.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Cour de justice de la République et canton de Genève, Chambre administrative.
