Visto:
il ricorso 12 febbraio 2010 (timbro postale) contro il giudizio 13 gennaio 2010 del Tribunale delle assicurazioni del Cantone Ticino,
il decreto del 16 marzo 2010 con il quale questa Corte ha assegnato a D.________ un termine suppletorio, scadente il 12 aprile 2010, per versare un anticipo spese, avvertendola che in caso di mancato pagamento il ricorso sarebbe stato dichiarato inammissibile,
lo scritto 14 aprile 2010 della patrocinatrice annunciante l'avvenuto pagamento, il giorno stesso, dell'anticipo richiesto e l'impossibilità per la ricorrente di provvedervi prima perché, sprovvista di altre entrate e di sostanza, avrebbe dovuto attendere il versamento dello stipendio intervenuto solo il giorno precedente,
considerando:
che giusta l'art. 62 cpv. 3 LTF, il giudice dell'istruzione stabilisce un congruo termine per il versamento dell'anticipo delle spese giudiziarie,
che se il termine scade infruttuoso, impartisce un termine suppletorio,
che se l'anticipo non è versato nemmeno nel termine suppletorio, il Tribunale federale non entra nel merito del ricorso,
che nel caso di specie anche il termine suppletorio è scaduto infruttuoso, il versamento dell'anticipo richiesto essendo intervenuto solo il 14 aprile 2010,
che per il resto, anche volendo interpretare la comunicazione 14 aprile 2010 come implicita richiesta di restituzione del termine, la domanda non potrebbe trovare accoglimento perché non fa valere un motivo di restituzione previsto per legge (art. 50 LTF),
che se non riteneva di potere effettuare a tempo il versamento per mancanza di mezzi, la ricorrente avrebbe infatti potuto domandare, entro i termini (v. ad esempio sentenza del Tribunale federale H 255/98 del 18 febbraio 1999 con riferimenti), la concessione dell'assistenza giudiziaria gratuita (art. 64 cpv. 1 LTF),
che statuendo secondo la procedura semplificata di cui all'art. 108 cpv. 1 lett. a LTF, il ricorso dev'essere di conseguenza dichiarato irricevibile conformemente a quanto previsto dall'art. 62 cpv. 3 LTF,
che in applicazione dell'art. 66 cpv. 1 seconda frase LTF non si prelevano spese giudiziarie,
per questi motivi, il Presidente pronuncia:

Il ricorso è inammissibile.
2.
Non si prelevano spese giudiziarie.
3.
Comunicazione alle parti, al Tribunale delle assicurazioni del Cantone Ticino e all'Ufficio federale della sanità pubblica.
