The appellant challenged a judgment of the Cantonal Insurance Court in an invalidity insurance matter. She failed to pay the advance on costs within the additional time granted by the federal court. The II. Social Law Division therefore refused to enter into the appeal and imposed court costs of CHF 200 on the appellant. The judgment was notified to the parties, the cantonal insurance court, the cantonal compensation office, and the Federal Social Insurance Office.
Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG; Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG; non-payment of the ordered advance on costs after expiry of the additional time-limit leads to non-entry in the simplified procedure. Where the warning has been given and the advance remains unpaid, the Federal Supreme Court does not examine the merits of the appeal. Under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG, the appellant is liable for the court costs of the federal proceedings.

dass die Beschwerdeführerin den ihr auferlegten Kostenvorschuss auch innerhalb der mit Verfügung vom 22. März 2007 angesetzten Nachfrist nicht geleistet hat, weshalb androhungsgemäss gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und die Beschwerdeführerin nach Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG kostenpflichtig wird,
erkannt:

auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Versicherungsgericht des Kantons St. Gallen, der Ausgleichskasse des Kantons St. Gallen und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen zugestellt.
