The appellant withdrew his appeal against the cantonal judgment on supplementary benefits to AVS/AI. The Federal Supreme Court therefore ordered the case struck from the docket pursuant to Arts. 32(2) and 71 LTF in conjunction with Art. 73(1) PCF. It also decided, under Art. 66(2) LTF, not to levy judicial costs. The order was issued by the President of the II Social Law Court.

qu'il se justifie en appliquant l'art. 66 al. 2 LTF de statuer sans frais judiciaires,
par ces motifs, le Président ordonne:

La cause est radiée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties, au Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud, Cour des assurances sociales, et à l'Office fédéral des assurances sociales.
