Omnilex-Zusammenfassung

The insured person appealed a cantonal judgment in an invalidity-insurance matter, but the Federal Supreme Court found that the filing did not meet the mandatory reasoning standards. It held that the appellant failed to explain why the factual findings were manifestly incorrect or why the legal reasoning was wrong. In summary proceedings, the Court therefore refused to enter into the appeal. It also waived court costs.

Omnilex-Regeste

Art. 42 Abs. 1 and 2 BGG; Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG; Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b and Abs. 2 BGG: requirements for admissibility of a federal complaint; insufficient reasoning. A federal appeal must, in concise form, indicate the relief sought and explain why the challenged decision violates law. Mere disagreement with the factual findings is insufficient; if the appellant attacks the facts, it must be shown that they are manifestly incorrect within the meaning of Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG and that the alleged defects are decisive. If these minimum requirements are not met, the complaint is not a valid remedy and the court may decide in simplified proceedings by non-entry. Court costs may be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 1 second sentence BGG.

Verfahrensbeteiligte
B.________,
Beschwerdeführer,

gegen

IV-Stelle Schwyz, Rubiswilstrasse 8, 6438 Ibach,
Beschwerdegegnerin.

Gegenstand
Invalidenversicherung,

Mai 2013,

in Erwägung,
