The appellant withdrew her appeal against the judgment of the Federal Administrative Court in a social security matter. The Federal Supreme Court therefore removed the case from the docket and, exercising its discretion, decided not to levy judicial costs. Because the appellant had not elected a domicile in Switzerland despite being invited to do so by diplomatic channel, the operative part was served by edictal notification.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF, in connection with Art. 71 LTF and Art. 73 al. 1 PCF; withdrawal of the appeal. Upon valid withdrawal, the proceedings are to be discontinued and the case struck from the docket. The court may, taking account of the circumstances, dispense with judicial costs under Art. 66 al. 2 LTF. Where a party domiciled abroad does not elect domicile in Switzerland after invitation, service of the operative part may be effected by public notification (consid. 1-3).

La cause est radiée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée à B.________ par voie édictale, à la Caisse suisse de compensation, au Tribunal administratif fédéral, Cour III, et à l'Office fédéral des assurances sociales.
