que dans son écriture du 5 novembre 2007, C.________ ne manifeste pas la volonté de recourir contre le jugement d'irrecevabilité du 27 septembre 2007, sur laquelle il n'y a donc pas lieu d'entrer en matière, d'autant moins que le délai légal de trente jours (art. 100 al. 1 LTF) pour déposer un recours éventuel n'a pas été respecté (art. 44 al. 1 et art. 48 al. 1 LTF),
que la procédure simplifiée de l'art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF s'applique en l'espèce,
qu'en application de l'art. 66 al. 1, 2ème phrase, LTF, il convient de renoncer à la perception des frais judiciaires,
par ces motifs, le Président prononce:

Il n'est pas entré en matière sur l'écriture du 5 novembre 2007.

Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.

Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties et au Tribunal administratif fédéral, 3ème Cour.
