The appellant withdrew his appeal against a judgment of the Geneva Social Insurance Court in a supplementary benefits dispute. The Federal Supreme Court therefore removed the case from the docket. It also ordered that no judicial costs be levied. The order was issued by the President of the Second Social Law Court.
Arts. 32 al. 2 and 71 LTF in relation with Art. 73 al. 1 PCF; withdrawal of the appeal: the proceedings are removed from the docket without a decision on the merits. Under Art. 66 al. 2 LTF, the court may exceptionally waive judicial costs when the circumstances so justify. In such a situation, the court issues a procedural order terminating the appeal proceedings.

Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
