Résumé

Qualité pour agir en tant que voisin dans le domaine de l'aménagement du territoire : il faut et il suffit que le terrain du recourant et celui du constructeur soient à proximité immédiate l'un de l'autre et que la réalisation du projet litigieux cause personnellement au recourant un préjudice de fait, en raison, par exemple, des nuisances provquées par l'exploitation (art. 103 OJF et ATF cités).
