relativa alla sentenza emessa il 16 luglio 1998 dal Tribunale per i minorenni di Bari;
premesso che l'8 marzo 1999 la Delegazione tutoria di __________ ha chiesto la delibazione di una sentenza con cui il Tribunale per i minorenni di Bari ha privato __________ e __________ dell'autorità parentale sui figli __________ (1990) e __________ (1993), affidando questi ultimi agli zii __________ e __________, domiciliati a __________;
preso atto che l'istante ha dichiarato il 20 novembre 2000 di ritirare la domanda di delibazione, i minori essendo rientrati in Italia;
considerato che nelle circostanze descritte la causa va stralciata dai ruoli;
ritenuto che le particolarità del caso giustificano di rinunciare al prelievo di oneri processuali e all'assegnazione di ripetibili, l'istanza non essendo neppure stata intimata;
visto l'art. 77 cpv. 1 CPC;
decreta: 1. La causa è stralciata dai ruoli per ritiro dell'istanza.
Non si riscuotono tasse o spese né si assegnano ripetibili.
