The supervisory complaint against the Lugano enforcement office was withdrawn by the complainant on 13 November 1996. The Camera di esecuzione e fallimenti of the Ticino Court of Appeal therefore struck the matter from the docket. It ordered that no costs be collected and no indemnity be granted.
