la decisione 9 luglio 1997, no 3553, del Consiglio di Stato, che agendo in veste di autorità di vigilanza ordinava al municipio di __________ di ripristinare immediatamente l'ordine di sospensione dei lavori al mappale no __________ RFD di __________ ;
rilevato che il municipio di __________, con decisione 11 novembre 1997, ha deciso di revocare l'ordine di sospensione dei lavori al mappale no __________ RFD di __________, impartito il 16 luglio 1997, per intervenuto accordo fra le parti;
preso atto della suddetta revoca, il patrocinatore dei ricorrenti ha comunicato in data 3 dicembre u.s., di ritirare il ricorso poichè divenuto privo d'oggetto;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli poichè divenuto privo d' oggetto.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
Non si assegnano ripetibili.
