In an appeal against a State Council decision, the cantonal administrative court noted that the municipality had not complied with the deadline to file its response brief. It therefore issued a procedural order granting the municipality a new seven-day term from service of the order to submit the reply in six copies, with the warning that the proceedings would otherwise continue.
Art. 16 PAmm; setting of a new time limit for filing a response brief when the original deadline has not been observed. Where a party fails to comply with the deadline fixed for submitting its reply, the administrative court may, by procedural order, grant an additional short term and indicate that the procedure will proceed if the renewed term lapses unused.
