The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal against a Council of State decision upholding a municipal permit for a perimeter wall. preso atto che in occasione dell’udienza 26 maggio 1997, dopo discussione, i ricorrenti hanno dichiarato di ritirare il ricorso alla condizione che il muro venga costruito sino ad una distanza di 2 m dall'intersezione con la strada comunale. Gli stessi verseranno al resistente la somma fr. 300.-- a titolo di ripetibili;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito,
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
I ricorrenti verseranno a __________ l'importo di fr. 300.-- a titolo di ripetibili.
